Text editor

Simple text editor with codepage support. The menu contains these commands:

• File: Standard File menu commands
• View
• Encoding: Select the encoding of the source file. The text is automatically converted to the current Windows codepage. Upon saving the text is converted back to the original encoding. The encoding can be selected only once. The text must be reloaded to unlock the encoding again.
