Remove brackets

This function allows to remove text in brackets - useful to remove Hearing impaired comments.

The options are:

• Opening: Specify the opening bracket.
• Closing: Specify the closing bracket.
• Ask before removing: Ask before removing each portion of the text.
• Remove: Start the process.

Note: Nested brackets are not supported, the text between first opening and first closing delimiter will be removed.
