Settings toolbar

The toolbar has five buttons to manipulate the configuration:

• Expand all nodes - fully expand the tree.
• Collapse all nodes - fully collapse the tree (only root nodes will be visible).
• Reset to default - Reset all settings to default values.
• Export key configuration - export the keyboard actions configuration to a HTML file.
• Reset key configuration - reset all keyboard actions to default values without changing other configuration.
