Language

There are three ways to select the language:

  1. In the right-click menu.
  2. In the main screen using the button next to the main tabs.
  3. In the settings screen, using the File setting under the Language branch. See below.

By bringing up the language inplace editor, you can select from available language files. The list of available languages is created on program startup. Language files must have the *.lng extension and must reside in \lang subdirectory. If there are no files in the lang subdirectory, you can select a language via standard dialog box.

Language files are in the XML format. You can edit them in any XML editor or plain text editor. The files can be encoded in various (8bit) character encoding (including UTF-8), this must be correctly specified in the header, otherwise the file won't be loaded correctly

Additional languages may be available in the future.

The default language for the first time is English. If the language file selected in the INI file does not exist, the English will be used.
