• Subtitle tools

  • Here you can find tools for manipulating the subtitles and selection in the list. The buttons are also accessible via the right-click menu. The tools are:
  • Add subtitle before selection - adds a new subtitle with the text 'New subtitle' before the selected subtitle
  • Add subtitle after selection - adds a new subtitle after the selected subtitle
  • Remove selected subtitles - removes ALL selected subtitles after confirmation
  • Split selected subtitle - split the subtitle so it becomes two subtitles. The split time is the current player position. The split subtitle dialog is displayed to specify the parameters.
  • Merge subtitles - merge the selected subtitles together (using all the text and minimum start frame and maximum end frame).
  • Search for text - search for given text in all subtitles. See Search / Replace dialog.
