Mark
The Mark toolbar has the same commands as the Mark menu
in the Subtitle tools toolbar. It is used to manipulate the marks in
the subtitles. The mark state in selected subtitles can also be toggled
using the Mark / Unmark subtitles keyboard action. The
commands (accessible also via the right-click menu) are:
- Mark all - all subtitles will be
marked
- Invert marks - same as invert selection but for marks
- Mark / Unmark selected - toggle
marks in selected subtitles (if all selected subtitles have different
mark status, the marks are set to the status of the edited subtitle and
toggled after second execution)
- Clear marks - all subtitles will
be unmarked
- Mark overlapping - mark all
subtitles that overlap some other subtitles in time
Marking is a good tool to remember an important subtitle - for example
when merging 2 files. Many functions also allow to mark processed
subtitles so they can be later checked. Mark status is saved only when
saving in SSA format.
